Agent Module - Manage your Agents with EduPro!

GP Soft realize many Educational Establishments use outside Agents to promote their courses and services. Often for revenue generation this is an important relationship for public and private institutions. GP Soft have developed the EduPro Agent Module to maximize this revenue and promotional generating activity.  

Add, Edit, and delete your Agent's details. Manage the contact details of each and every Agent, including multiple contacts within the same organization. Create Agent Groups   on the basis of nationality or region and link the groups to your staff members.

Through integration to the EduPro Student Module, EduPro is capable of tracking which purchases were made through the introduction of an Agent to the Educational organization. Each Agent is set a commission rate which can be paid at the point of booking a course or which can be calculated and then taken into account at the end of each month. EduPro can produce reports on which Agents require payment of commission, and which have already received payment at the "point of sale".  

Generate reports on sales History of Agents allowing the Educational Establishment to ascertain which Agents are performing best in relation to past sales. Maximize contact with performing Agents, and develop relationships further with under performing Agents.  

Generate mass e-mail and printed correspondence through integration with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Exchange, on an individual or group record basis. E-mail market students linked to specific Agents, allowing Marketing campaigns to Students to be customized to the Agent which referred them.
